This heavy duty PVC coated cover fits over virtually any scooter. The elasticated cord at the bottom runs smoothly through the eyelets, allowing the user to fit the cover easily without struggling with an elasticated hem. This steel bracket fits into the universal bracket on the back of most scooters. It has a self-draining retainer on the bottom for the ferrules and the top has a captive bracket, secured with a hook and loop strap.
